Maicouture.com will be glad to accept any returns on any product(s) within 15 days of purchase date. Unfortunately and without exceptions, we cannot take returns on overly used or damaged merchandise. If product(s) is damaged through shipping, you have 48 hours to notify us for an exchange.

Exchanges: 
Please note that we do not offer exchanges for returned products at this time.

Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. All returned product(s) must be purchased through maicouture.com website. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns if product(s) is purchased at other retailers or websites. Please understand each store or website has their own return policy.

It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.

To initiate a return, please email customerservice@maicouture.com to get a return authorization number. Please fill in authorization number on the receipt or packing slip and send return to address on shipping invoice.

Shipping Information
Maicouture.com currently only ships to addresses within the United States.
Standard shipping is available for AFO, FPO, and P.O. Box and street addresses.
Rush delivery is only available for street addresses.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business day.
2nd day and overnight orders are processed the same day. Orders placed after
11 AM Pacific Standard Time may ship the following business day. All orders placed on non-business days (weekends or holidays) will be processed on the next business day.

Product Availability
Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable or out of stock. If this is the case, please select another shade or item or return to our website at a later time to purchase the product.

If you prefer to order by phone, please call us toll free at 888.683-6116. One of our friendly representatives would gladly assist you with your order between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Sales Tax
We are required by law to apply sales tax on all orders (including shipping and handling) for the state of California unless a resell-permit is signed and fax to Mai Couture.

Currency
The prices shown on this website are quoted in U.S. currency and as such are valid only in the United States. Prices are subject to change.

International Orders
Regretfully, we are unable to accept or process any orders shipped or billed to out of the United States. We are sorry for any inconveniences.
